Sunday Catechism Classes: Our ongoing parish catechism program runs from October to June, and is held from 9:15 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. on Sunday mornings (families are encouraged to attend the 11:00 a.m. Mass immediately following classes). Children (Kindergarten to Gr. 6) have fun learning about God, praying, serving and developing their own spirituality at their cognitive levels.
We also welcome parents, seniors, and teens to volunteer with us. Volunteer teachers, aides, and teen helpers are needed to operate this program. Experience is not needed and training is provided. The only necessary qualification is a love of Jesus, the Catholic faith and a genuine love of children. We follow the Archdiocesan protocol for safe environments which can be viewed by clicking here. For information, contact our Coordinator at [email protected].
Please be aware of the Archdiocesan requirements for Sacramental Preparation.

Our Program
Finding God: Our Response to God’s Gifts is based on a spiral curriculum that integrates the fundamental themes of the Catechism of the Catholic Church with Scripture and Catholic Social Teachings. As children are introduced to and revisit concepts and vocabulary from one year to the next, their knowledge and experience both broaden and deepen. This program provides lessons in the faith and delivers those lessons through experiential activities that encourage lifelong practice.
