To suffer a loss is life changing. The Compassionate Companions, a grief support program offered by the bereavement ministry in our Parish, is an opportunity to become part of a community where you can share your grief. The Compassionate Companions will walk with you to help you understand and journey through all the the emotions you are experiencing.
We, as a parish family, are aware that there is a need to continue to be available to those who are suffering. The Compassionate Companions is one way of letting people know that they are not alone in their grief. The group uses the Understanding Your Grief program developed by Dr. Alan Wolfelt to help those grieving the loss of a loved one. For more information, or to reserve a spot, please contact Deacon Jim Frater at 204-222-2076 or 204-229-7241. All are welcome.
